Dige Designs and its associates provide their services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. If you visit or shop on www.digedesigns.com you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you read them carefully before placing your order. Please note, as these may be subject to change at any time without notice, it is your responsibility to check this page prior to any use or purchase.
These conditions only apply for purchases made on www.digedesigns.com. If you have bought your Dige Designs products at a dealer, please contact your dealer for further information about terms and conditions.

The website content is originally produced in English from which the language selector will automatically translate into different languages as French, German and Italian. Translating errors may occur.
ORDERING
When you shop at digedesigns.com you must be at least 18 years old and the legal owner of a valid credit card that we accept. You agree that all products ordered by you are for your own private use only and are not for resale.
To be eligible to purchase goods on this website you must register your personal information with name, address and payment details. Once an order has been placed, you will receive an e-mail confirming the details of your order and estimated delivery date. Upon dispatch of the order you will receive an email with a track’n’trace number so you can easily track your order. Should we need to contact you for any reason regarding your order, we will use the email address registered to your account, or the telephone number where provided.
When placing an order on www.digedesigns.com, you commit to providing only correct details, as well as being the truthful and authorized user of the credit-/ debit card or PayPal account, you choose to use to carry out the payment with. Dige Designs reserves the right to cancel your order and suspend your access to the site immediately and without notice to you if:
- You fail to make payment to us when due.
- You breach any of our terms and conditions.
- We suspect you have engaged, or are about to engage in fraudulent or illegal activity on www.digedesigns.com.
PAYMENT
Dige Designs’ online shop accepts the following payment types: Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We will charge your card when the items in your order are dispatched.
Our website uses the latest secure server technology to ensure your information is protected to the highest standard, whenever you place an order or access your account information. The Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software we use encrypts the information you input, ensuring that it is virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any information that you provide.
Once an order has been placed, we don’t store the details of your payment card, with the exception of the last four digits and a unique token reference provided by your card issuer.
PRICING POLICY AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All prices displayed are inclusive of 25% Danish tax (VAT).
For international orders, purchases may be subject to individual country’s customs duties and local taxes. All fees are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery. Dige Designs will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes.
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Dige Designs. The price and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. If any product from your order is unavailable, we will contact you by email and confirm details of any cancellation made where fulfillment has not been possible.
We cannot be held responsible for material displayed on third party websites or any other written material. The only prices that apply for Dige Designs’ products are those stated on the Dige Designs material.
OFFERS AND DISCOUNTS
All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Any offer of free delivery is limited to a standard delivery service. Discounts are not valid for the purchase of Gift Cards.

All delivery time-frames stated are estimated and may be subject to change. Please note, for international deliveries, local import duties and tax may be applied when your order reaches the delivery destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.
Dige Designs will send the ordered products as a traceable package in accordance to the delivery address entered by you during check-out. Shipping costs are fixed depending on your delivery country.
If you need an item by a specific date, or you want to check the estimated delivery time ahead of ordering, please contact us via e-mail at info@digedesigns.dk and we will do our very best to accommodate your request.
RETURN POLICY
You may return ordered items up to 14 days after their receipt providing they are returned in their original condition and product packaging. We offer a special 30 days return policy for orders placed between 24th November and 24th December.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Products listed under "Special Offers"
- Gift Cards
- Customized products
- Products with visible signs of wear or use
- Delivery costs for uncollected parcels
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer including any tax and duties payable outside of Denmark, unless Dige Designs delivered a wrong, damaged or defect product to you. Make sure to send returns carefully wrapped up and to have detailed tracking information. Once we have received your returned item(s), we will process it and reimburse you within 14 days using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

Dige Designs reserves the right to terminate accounts or cancel orders at its sole discretion if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.
CONFORMITY OF GOODS
Every care is taken to ensure that the description, specification and pricing of all products shown on our website and in our catalogues, is correct. The product information and specification provided is not binding, but is carefully considered and intended to give a general description of each product. While the colour reproduction of each product is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the differences in browser software.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
We aim to update our website regularly, and reserve the right to change, edit or remove the content including information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed products and services at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to our website, or close it indefinitely.

PRIVACY POLICY
Your privacy is very important to us. We respect your privacy and we will never sell, rent, lease or give away your information (name, address, telephone number, e-mail, etc.) to any third party. All personal information provided by you is used only to administer your account and to provide the products you have requested from us. All information is strictly confidential and is treated in accordance with the Danish consumer and data protection legislation.
If you place an order with us, we request certain personal information. You must provide contact information (such as name, email and delivery address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and the three digit security code). We use this information for billing purposes and to complete your order. If necessary we will use the information to contact you regarding fulfillment of your order. WARRANTY
According to EU consumer protection law you have the right to complain over faulty goods within 24 months from the date of purchase. This right covers any faults in the material and manufacturing of our products. You must make a claim within a reasonable time after receiving your items and present your invoice in order to obtain full credit or the options of either a repair or a price deduction. Dige Designs’ obligation to repair or replace shall not apply to any merchandise with damage or defects resulting from normal wear and tear, tarnishing, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence, misuse or accident. We retain the right to repair or replace products within a reasonable time. If we are unable to do so you may request a refund or price reduction provided the faulty product is returned.
Dige Designs offers a repair service for damages caused by customer subjected to a small material and shipping fee.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This site, the products offered for sale on it and the transactions conducted through it are provided by us on an "as is" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site except as provided here. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, title, quiet enjoyment, data accuracy and system integration. APPLICABLE LAW
These terms and conditions and your use of our website are governed by Danish law and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish court. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by Danish law.
FORCE MAJURE
Dige Designs will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these terms and conditions or any other contract with you by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the products ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control. E.g. war, riot, fire, government intervention, seizure, currency restrictions, labour disputes of any kind including strikes and lockouts and similar.
